Buying from us

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your order box. After you have finished shopping, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your purchases.

We accept card payment in pounds sterling, and euros. If you are shopping from anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and JCB also debit cards Maestro, Solo & Delta.

You may also telephone your order information on the numbers below and speak to our friendly team that will answer any questions you may have.

Alternatively you may print your order page, completing the relevant information and then fax or post your order.

Shipping And Handling

Postal costs are calculated when you complete your order.

Items to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class or by 24 hour courier for heavier items. Please note our courier requires a signature and operates between 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday in the UK.

We aim to deliver in 3-5 working days in the UK.

For overseas deliveries please allow up to 28 days ,these are sent Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail.

Back ordering

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

17.5% VAT is included where applicable.

Secure purchasing

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the World Pay gateway. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Depending on your browser, you will see a different confirmation that your conection is secure (on the completion of order page), i.e. you will see a security padlock inside the bottom corner or the browser window.

Returns policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your product but we understand that there may be a reason you are not satisfied with it.

You may return your order in it's original condition within 14 days of receiving it.You will be responsible for the item or items until it reaches us. So we recommend for your own protection that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.

If you return your product in its original condition , we will refund you any money which you have paid for the product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

If the item you return to us is faulty or which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, you must let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will pay you the cost of the return postage.
